Tangerine Burst Chocolate Energy Balls

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Total Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 32 pitted dates
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • ¼ cup hemp seeds
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ cup coconut flour
  • 12 drops Tangerine Vitality™ essential oil

Instructions

  1. Process dates in a food processor until they form a thick paste.
  2. Mix in oats, hemp seeds, cocoa powder, coconut flour, and Tangerine Vitality essential oil. The mixture should form a firm dough.
  3. Using a medium cookie dough scoop, roll dough into bite-sized balls. 
  4. Roll balls in cocoa. 
  5. Store in an airtight container.

  • 1 cup wolfberries
  • ½ cup oat flour
