Ingredients:

  • 15-ounce can garbanzo beans
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 3−5 drops Lemon Vitality
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Drain garbanzo beans, reserving the liquid. Place garbanzo beans, sesame oil, Lemon Vitality, garlic, and cumin in a food processor. Pulse until smooth. Add the reserved liquid a little at a time, pulsing between each addition until you reach your desired consistency. Adjust taste with salt and pepper and other herbs and spices that suit your taste.

Serve with veggies and pretzels for a tasty and balanced after-school snack.
